We first contacted Vanita after an Australian visitor visa application refusal. Vanita has from the outset been receptive, kind and patient, which has made it amazingly easy to work with her. Any questions or concerns were answered promptly and confidently, and she was great in reassuring us whenever necessary. Our second application was successful less than three weeks after the initial refusal, in large part due to Vanita’s work.
