It’s always nice to deliver good news to a client. Mr Singh completed his own visa was wasn’t aware of the various pathways to residence. He completed the essential skills work visa and worked for an accredited employer for over 12 months.
Mr Singh approached us for start his residence application under the skilled migrant category. After completing a full assessment and presenting the information to Mr Singh, it was a better option to change Mr Singh’s visa to a work to residence-accredited employer visa.
We lodged the application on 10 May 2020. Immigration New Zealand didn’t require any updated evidence and granted Mr Singh’s visa today.
