Little by little, New Zealand starts opening up to the world in welcoming back tourists and boosting the hospitality sectors.
The first cohort is our Trans Tasman cousins. Australian citizens can travel, isolation-free from 11.59pm, 12 April 2022.
The second cohort is a list of visa waiver countries who can also travel to New Zealand from 11.59pm, 1 May 2022. These nationals will require an NZeTA. See link

And the third cohort are those travellers who still hold valid visitor visas from non visa-waiver countries.
Travellers must be fully vaccinated, and will not be required to isolate on arrival. They will be required to have a negative pre-departure test, with two further negative rapid antigen tests on day 0/1 and 5/6.
If they test positive, travellers will have to self-isolate for the recommended time.
